Mapping the past: a path to moving forward
An invitation to a ritual of transition and transformation
The end of the year, the solstice, winter (or summer) festivities, Christmas, Hanukkah, Sol Invictus are all upon us.
For many people around us, and at times for us, this time of the year can feel pretty dark, and the pressure to make it into a celebration of joy and family can make things worse.
We invite you to make use of this time, to make it into a ritual of transition and transformation, perhaps even a new beginning.
We are sharing a process for you and your parts to notice where you are, how you got here, to map where you wish to move towards, and help you prepare for that adventure.
We strongly feel that claiming this period as a time for us can help us to grow and create our own shared (or solo) meaning and traditions, and can become a way of standing for what matters, a way of acknowledging that we matter.
As a plus: in case being with family feels overwhelming, this booklet can be a good excuse to take a few hours for yourself. You can even share quiet time with others.
Download the free digital version and take some time over the next 2 weeks to sit back, relax, reflect, dream and plan for 2024.
All you need is some time, pen and paper, yourself, and possibly a cup of tea.
Enjoy, and if you feel like, let us know how it went for you (it is a first version).
Speaking of “planning for what’s to come”, we’re holding 2 unconferences in one day, on January, the 20th.
We hope for you to come.
No actual planning needed, just show up (and if you plan to, make sure to get a free ticket!)
