Hello Alex. I have been mind mapping for years. I often use an app called Tinderbox for all manner of brainstorming. And, I really enjoyed hearing how you integrated IFS and mind mapping. In particular, I liked the tone, the close-to-experience, simple and clear manner of writing and sharing what you do. Felt intimate, clear, a real window on your way of thinking and being. It inspired me to sit more deeply in my own mind mapping process. Thanks for sharing.

Definitely will! I am sharing on my IFS facebook group, hope that’s okay? I think it can bring lots to many, especially those trying to self-heal without support of a professional.

FYI- I am going to be starting monthly/bi monthly zoom meetings where a different practitioner can talk on a topic of their choice as well as promote themselves (just in case you’re interested) 😉❤️

of course it's OK, thank you!

(A funny part wanted to say something like "oh no please, this was supposed to be secret, that's why I posted it on our public substack, oh wait")

Re: zoom meetings, keep us posted, since the pandemic, I developed some sort of backlash to Zoom event I am not hosting, but maybe it's time for healing...

Brilliant version of mindmapping with parts, love the richness & depth created through this form of dialogue, allowing so many parts to emerge and be heard - totally resonated with many that turned up for you!!

I love this!!! I have always enjoyed doing this mapping technique for other things but have never thought to do it as parts work. I am excited to try it out! Thank you ❤️

Thank you for this article! I appreciate this new piece of learning you’ve given me—I’d never heard of mind-mapping before. I’m going to give it a try. I think it could be a valuable practice for me, and a specific issue I’m working on.
